Stir Fry Station
Attendant will stir-fry in wok Chinese Vegetabled with
Shrimp, Chicken, Sirloin of Beef separately stir fried or mixed to guest's choice
Also, Pork Dumplings sautéed with Green onion soy sauce
Steamed White Rice

Crepe Station
Flambe Crepes with two choices of fillings
Seafood Newburgh, Beef Bourguignon, Broccoli & Cheddar, Spinach & Mushrooms
Or Chicken ala Adam Todd

Antipasto Station
Proscuitto De Parma, Soprasade, Genoa Salami, Fresh Mozzarella, Provolone Cheese
Olives, Stuffed Hot Peppers, Roasted Red Peppers, Grilled Vegetables, Artichoke Hearts
Italian Bread and Breadsticks

Shrimp Scampi Station
Sautéed Shrimp in Garlic Butter Wine Sauce
Served with either Angel Hair Pasta or Herbed Rice or Risotto

Fajita and Taco Bar
Beef and Chicken, Peppers, Onions, Salsa, Guacamole', Sour Cream, Taco Meat, Tomato
Dice, Shredded Cheese, Lettuce and Tortillas Grilled and Assemdled to order

Fondue Station
Classic Cheese Fondue with cubed breads
or
Southwestern Chicken with Hot Salsa
or
Chocolate with Mixed Fruits and Berries for Dessert
